What matters
Start by confirming who controls the site: a municipality, development, mall, resort or private compound. Each may request different drawings, fire-safety information and utility approvals.

Plan before manufacture
The design package should show dimensions, use, exits, equipment, ventilation, electrical loads, water and drainage. Coordinating these early reduces redesign after manufacture begins.

Make the decision clearer
Approval remains the authority’s decision. A supplier can prepare coordinated information and adjust the ready-made unit, but should never promise a permit before the responsible body reviews the project.
